William I. Hitchcock

William I. Hitchcock earned his Ph.D. from Yale University and is now a professor of history at Temple University. He is the author of The Struggle for Europe: The Turbulent History of a Divided Continent, 1945–2002 and France Restored: Cold War Diplomacy and the Quest for Stability in Europe, 1945–1954, as well as coeditor of From War to Peace: Altered Strategic Landscapes in the Twentieth Century.
