K.F. Lim
K.F. Lim is an avid blogger, writer, artist, musician, and performance artist. She got her start in the performing arts at age 3, with ballet classes, and never looked back. She has enjoyed playing a variety of roles in theater, radio shows, and the occasional student film. Her credits include roles in Hello (Sex) Kitty, The Vagina Monologues, shadow casts of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and the occasional appearance in a low budget Shakespeare production. K.F. plays several musical instruments and occasionally sings, but only when nobody else will volunteer and it's a production emergency.
When K.F. is not acting, writing, or singing, you can find her blogging at lightspeedsound.tumblr.com. Her blog is generally filled with the occasional social justice commentary, essays on the racial implications of Mulan's soundtrack, and legal analysis of current events. Some of her blog posts have been cited in academic papers, used as teaching material for high school literature classes, and shamelessly screenshot by Buzzfeed, College Humor, pleated-jeans, and memed by Will and Grace's official instagram. She also posts the occasional vlog, and her Youtube channel can be found at Youtube.com/lightspeedsound. Most of her videos are fairly silly explorations into day to day life and politics, with a generous salting of curse words. K.F.'s poetry has been published through several anthologies and the National Eating Disorder Association. Her short story, "Historical Accuracy," was published recently in a short story anthology in the Wearing the Cape Universe, written by Marion Harmon. When K.F. is not actively recording, producing, acting, writing, or making sci-fi themed leather and wire jewelry, she works as an attorney for the state of Maryland.
