Amrita Narlikar

Amrita Narlikar is president of the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA) and professor at Hamburg University. She is editor or coeditor of many books, including Bargaining with a Rising India, The World Trade Organization: A Very Short Introduction, and Deadlocks in Multilateral Negotiations.
