Brian E. Walter

Brian E. Walter is a retired Army officer from a combat arms branch with a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and international relations. He has been a student of the British military during the Second World War for more than thirty years. In researching Blue Water War, he did thousands of hours of research and analysis over a twenty-five-year period, during which time he reviewed and took inputs from hundreds of primary and secondary sources, including substantial online and in-person research at the British National Archives and Imperial War Museum.
