C. B. Noy was born and raised in Northern Maryland. She lives ten minutes from the house she grew up in with her husband and two of their five children.

She's an avid romance reader, extreme lover of coffee, and a self-proclaimed Amazon shopping addict.

Becoming an author was never even a blip on her radar until an idea came to mind one Saturday morning. With the encouragement and support of some amazing friends and family, she found a new dream to explore.
