H. Ward Silver

H. Ward Silver earned his Novice radio license in 1972, and his ham radio experiences led to a twenty-year engineering career designing microprocessor-based products and medical devices. He is the lead editor of two amateur radio technical guides from the American Radio Relay League and author of Two-Way Radios and Scanners For Dummies.
