Karuna

At her retreat center in Gold Hill, Colorado, Karuna offers one-on-one and group intensives on varying themes, including rebirthings, relationships, women's issues, practicing non-violence, understanding grief, and mastering challenges. An associate level trainer in the Aquarian Trainer Academy, she has taught yoga and meditation in the California school systems and has fifteen plus years of training athletes to maintain focus with Mantra and meditation. Karuna also produces musical events at Macky Auditorium at Colorado University.

A NYC Ford model, Karuna/Carrie Pagano's path to Self discovery began long before she ever took her first Yoga class. She studied at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in England as Caroline Ashley and is a classically trained actress (a SAG-AFTRA union member since 1983). Karuna is cofounder of Light on Light Publications and Media and is host editor for its e-magazines, especially the issues published with the International Day of Yoga Committee at the United Nations.
