Lani Muelrath
Lani Muelrath is an award-winning health educator, bestselling author, speaker, and TV host well known for her expertise in plant-based, active, mindful living. She has been featured on ABC-TV, CBS-TV, Prevention magazine, USA Today, the Saturday Evening Post, Huffington Post, and NSPR.
Lani has been vegetarian/vegan for forty-five years and has been teaching in health and wellness for more than forty years. Trained as physical educator, mind/body specialist, mindfulness meditation facilitator and practiced in mindfulness meditation for over twenty-five years, she is recognized as a thought leader and pioneer in the integration of vegan living and mindfulness practice, and in the embodiment of awakened awareness in everyday life.
As a teacher, speaker, counselor, consultant, and mentor, Lani's approach blends compassionate, present-moment attentiveness with mind/body awareness and transformational techniques from mindfulness meditation practice.
