Linda Tuhiwai Smith is vice-chancellor with responsibilities for Maori development at the University of Waikato, as well as dean of the University's School of Maori and Pacific Development. Her books include the coedited collections Decolonizing Research: Indigenous Storywork as Methodology and Indigenous and Decolonizing Studies in Education.
