Lynn Raven

Lynn Raven was born and raised in the horse country of northern Virginia just outside Washington, D.C. Writing has always been an integral part of her life from crafting short stories to writing feature articles. Lynn worked as an award-winning entertainment publicist for nearly twenty years for such companies as National Geographic, the Paley Center for Media, plus numerous network, syndicated, and cable television projects. She also has written several feature film screenplays and is a Diane Thomas Screenwriting Award/UCLA finalist.

Lynn lives in Virginia with her husband, two energetic dogs, a lazy cat, and five rowdy chickens. Currently she is the Food Pantry Manager and Communications Associate at a local non-profit. When Lynn is not working on her novels, writing for the local newspaper, or at work, she is likely to be volunteering somewhere within her local community or pursuing painting and photography.
