Shawn Chapman is a writer, a Discalced Secular Carmelite, mother of two young adult daughters, and enthusiastic grandmother of three small children. She is the Catholic columnist for the Bryan College Station Eagle and a caregiver. She likes hanging out with friends, reading, and cooking awesome vegan food.
