Tara Segree

Tara Segree is a special education English teacher in Maryland and the cocreator of the Student Alliance for Flourishing. Tara was trained in mindfulness under the world-renowned expert and author davidji and Suze Yalof Schwartz of Unplug Meditation in Los Angeles, California.
