Bill Lord
Bill Lord fell in love with the arts early on. After receiving his first library card at the age of five, he became a voracious reader who was rarely seen without a book in his hands. By the third grade, Bill had already outgrown children's books and was devouring classic mystery and crime novels. During junior high school, he discovered the greats of Sci-fi and, in high school, Tolstoy and Dostoyevsky.
Bill's first stage role, at the tender young age of twelve, was as Schroeder in a Detroit local theater production of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown. He also performed in various high school productions in Michigan and Massachusetts prior to attending college in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he spent eighteen years as a professional wise-guy on rock and pop radio.
Bill now performs in audiobooks and acts with the Lake of the Woods Players. He also voices long-form narration projects, including e-learning modules, whiteboard videos, and corporate explainer videos, and lends his voice to various commercial voice-over projects.
