Michelle Price
Michelle Price is an audiobook narrator and ex-ghost hunter snuggled between the Appalachian and Allegheny mountains in Roanoke, Virginia. She is valued for her vulnerability and openness surrounding mental health and suicide prevention, having worked in the field for ten years prior to narrating. Michelle channels this vulnerability into her performance to give life to the stories through personal experience and deep empathy.
Outside the booth, Michelle is working hard to get healthy and lose weight so she can live her best life with her young son. Living so close to the Appalachian Trail, one of Michelle's big goals is to hike up to McAfee Knob. On rainy days, you can find her crocheting and watching/reading/listening to historical dramas, true crime, romance, and nonfiction to nurture her mind and fuel her passions. As a lover of anything to do with books, Michelle enjoys human stories featuring multidimensional characters. Whether set in space, a dystopian future, a historical period, or the present day, Michelle will devour a story with great characters.
Michelle was chosen as a mentor in The Great Audiobook Adventure with her coach, Elise Arsenault. Giving back to the community through helping new and established narrators and actors level up and show up for themselves in their own careers is something that fills her soul and feels very natural. Her enthusiasm and passion for her peers and their success is contagious and has no sign of ever diminishing.
