Alastair Wells is a post-graduate-qualified molecular biologist, virologist, and genetic engineer with a PhD in mathematical modeling and economics.

His father is an English teacher and a traveling storyteller. In retrospect, the outcome was inevitable. Science colliding into story could only ever lead to one destination. The biggest sandpit in town . . . science fiction.

Dr. Wells lives on a dead-end dirt road near the end of the world with his dog, cat, curious children, and selfless partner.
