Allen D. Boyer

Allen D. Boyer is the author or editor of several books, including Sir Edward Coke and the Elizabethan Age and Shaping the Common Law. A former senior appellate counsel at the New York Stock Exchange Enforcement Division, he lives on the North Shore of Staten Island.
