Emma Sky
Emma Sky was raised in England and attended a boys boarding school from age seven to thirteen; her stepfather was a teacher there and her mother was a house mother. She earned her undergraduate degree in oriental studies at Oxford University's Somerville College. Sky has worked at senior levels on behalf of the U.S. and U.K. governments, in Iraq, Afghanistan and Jerusalem, across the fields of development, defense, and diplomacy, and with multi civilian and military agencies. Sky was made a Member of the British Empire in 2003 and an Officer of the British Empire in 2008 in recognition of her service in Iraq.
