John D. Marks

John Marks is the founder and former president of Search for Common Ground (SFCG), a nonprofit organization based in Washington DC that focuses on international conflict management programming. He is also a former Foreign Service Officer of the US Department of State and author of The Search for the "Manchurian Candidate": The CIA and Mind Control.
