Thomas H. Davenport is Distinguished Professor at Babson College, the Bodily Centennial Professor of Analytics at the UVA Darden School of Business, a fellow at the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, and senior advisor to Deloitte. He's authored or coauthored twenty-four books, including Process Innovation, Working Knowledge, Competing on Analytics, and All In on AI.
