Victoria A. Hoevemeyer has more than twenty years' experience as a specialist in organizational development, leadership development, and management development. She holds a bachelor's degree in social work from Western Michigan University and a master's degree in organizational behavior and development from Eastern Michigan University.

She has helped many organizations make the conversion from traditional to behavior-based interviewing. She lives in Palatine, Illinois.
