Quentin Skinner
Quentin Skinner was born in 1940 and educated at Gonville and Caius College Cambridge, where he is now an Honorary Fellow. He was appointed Regius Professor of History at Cambridge in 1996 until 2018. He is a Fellow of the British Academy and a foreign member of many national academies, including the Academia Europea.

Lowell Skoog
As a skier, climber, writer, and photographer, Lowell Skoog has been a keen observer of Northwest mountaineering since the 1970s. He is the creator of the Alpenglow Gallery and founder of the Northwest Mountaineering Journal, and he was a key member of the team that launched the Washington State Ski and Snowboard Museum.

Marty Skovlund Jr.
Marty Skovlund, Jr., enlisted in the U.S. Army immediately after high school. He served in a variety of roles in the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, and deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan on multiple occasions. In 2012, he founded Blackside Concepts, and after eight years of service now runs his business full time. He lives with his wife and daughter in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
